Getting your eye on the ball
These glasses filter out the green, yellow and red reflected
by grass, sand and soil. As a result, you see mostly blue,
which is reflected by the golf ball.
They also darken the environment you are seeing. In the
dark, the human eye starts using the rods rather than
the cones on the retina. Rods are more sensitive to blue
than to yellow or red, so the light reflected by a ball
shows up even more when you put on the glasses.
The result? You'll be able to find your lost golf balls
much more easily!
